What type of events is a photo booth recommended for?

Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Office Parties, Campus Events, Fundraisers, Family Reunions, Child's Birthday Parties, Sorority and Fraternity Functions.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Houston and the greater Houston area. This includes Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg, Cypress, the Woodlands, Downtown Houston, and Pearland. For rental locations 30 miles outside of the 77479 zip code a $1 per mile charge will be applied.

Does a photo booth rental come with an attendant?

Yes, with every photo booth rental comes a photo booth attendant who helps guests with taking photos and necessary maintaining the booths needs during the rental time frame. This can include refilling the printer with paper, assisting guest with reprinting, adjusting camera lighting.

How do I reserve a booth?

Send us a message through our Contact page so we can confirm our availability. Once we confirm that the date is available, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. An additional form will be sent to collect information for your reservation including backdrop selection, photo template layout, venue details, and add-ons.

How far out can we reserve the photo booth? / How late is too late to reserve the photo booth?

We take photo booth reservations as far out as a year.  If you have a last minute event give us a ring or email us. Last minute bookings will all depend on availability and payment will be due in full upon making the rental reservation.

What is an open-air photo booth?

The 5 SNAPS photo booth is not enclosed with a curtain. All of your guest can view the fun going on in front of the camera. Having an open-air booth allows for flexible set-up and for multiple people to fit in behind the camera.

What should I expect the day of the event?

We will arrive 1 hour prior to your event to set-up the photo booth. We will ask for a contact name and directions on where to set-up ahead of time to ensure that things go fast and smoothly. A photo booth attendant will be with the photo booth throughout the night to assist guests. 

What do you need to set-up?

We will need access to a power outlet and Wi-Fi however, everything we need such as a table for our props and equipment will be provided by 5 SNAPS. If your venue has extra tables we'd love to use your table (of any size) with matching linens. We will need about 8 feet of wall space for the backdrop and about  6-8 feet for the photo booth and prop area. If the venue does not have Wi-Fi your guest's photos will queue up in the photo booth software and sent out once Wi-Fi connections are available.
